Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel any time during your 7-day free trial and you will not be charged.

You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew. We do not give partial refunds for unused time.

If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from your first paid charge to cancel. By using the studio during that time you agree that digital content is supplied immediately, so we may deduct a fair amount for the designs you generated.

Pay-per-design purchases are delivered instantly as digital content, so they cannot be refunded once generated, unless the files are faulty or not as described.

Printed items are made to your approved artwork, so they are personalised goods and are not covered by the 14-day cancellation right. You can cancel for a full refund before printing starts.

If items arrive damaged, misprinted or different from the approved proof, tell us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will reprint or refund. We cannot refund errors in artwork you approved.

A 50% deposit is refundable in full until printing begins. Once printing starts, the deposit covers work already done.
