Terms of Service

You must be 18 or over, or acting with the authority of a school, business, charity or church. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.

We may suspend accounts that misuse the service, break the law or infringe other people's rights.

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial; a card is required, and you will be charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before day 7.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change.

Pay-per-design purchases give you the files generated during that visit. They are not kept in a permanent archive, so download them before you leave.

Designs are created with artificial intelligence and may not always be unique or error-free. Please check spelling, colours and details before using or printing them.

You must not upload material you do not have the right to use, or request content that is unlawful, hateful or infringes trade marks or copyright. You are responsible for checking that a logo is free to use and register in your market.

Subject to payment, you own the designs you create and the files our designers deliver to you, and may use them commercially. We keep the right to operate and improve the service. Content you upload stays yours; you give us permission to store and process it to provide the service.

Print prices are confirmed by quote before payment. You approve the final artwork; we are not responsible for errors you approved. On-screen colours may differ slightly from printed results.

Large orders printed by our press may be paid by 50% deposit, with the balance due before dispatch. Delivery times are estimates.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited by law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.
